Three bedroom apartment

With the help of layout redesign, the living room was enlarged, the corridor was shortened, the kitchen became the center of the apartment, and the maid's room was converted into a pantry. The apartment was finished in a minimalist style using panels of natural veneer and natural marble.

Dubai is a new and dynamically developing city, however, many towers already require renovation. Our client, the owner of a three-bedroom apartment in Al Fattan JBR, decided to carry out a complete renovation of his property. The project included the complete dismantling of the finishing, ceiling, fire fighting system, water supply (pipe replacement), and air conditioning (AC units replacement).
